Ridgeview offers our own washer/dryer,outside entrance to a deck or patio and our own private garage.
These are very important things that we could not find in other senior housing units.

Leasing Options
Two types of leases are available
• A periodic lease is similar to renting.
• A long term lease (98 Years) is what most residents select and is similar to owning.
Ridgeview apartments range in size from 850 to 1170 sq ft.
The lease fee pays for everything except the telephone.
All have full kitchens, stacked washer/dryers, high speed internet and individual heat and air conditioning.
A waiting list is available for a $100 fully refundable deposit.

Eligibility Requirements:
• 55+ years of age
• Ridgeview is a non-smoking facility
• No maximum income limits
• No restrictions on employment
• No Snowbird restrictions
• Pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a separate monthly fee.
